I am a certified, trauma informed master life coach and certified, breath work facilitator who is passionate about guiding people out of their internal prisons of pain and shame, and into a life of fulfillment and freedom.
Coaching
Through Artist of Your Life, I offer private, one-on-one coaching, women’s group coaching, and events and workshops. I also support fellow change-makers as a teacher, guest speaker, panelist, or participant at your events or on your digital platform.
Fine Art
The process of expressing myself through making art was a critical part of my healing journey. I utilize expressive arts therapy techniques in my coaching practice and come home to my love of painting often to feed my soul.
